TURNAROUND TIME

Gaw & Associates Appraisal prides itself in how we serve our clients: Professional, accurate and fast.
For residential work, inspections are usually scheduled within a week or less with completion of appraisal soon thereafter.
For residential work, appraisals are completed within approximately three weeks of engagement.
Requests can also be accommodated for rush appraisals.

Gaw & Associates Appraisal has completed over 5,000 residential real estate appraisals in the past three years.

Although we complete most of our work for mortgage purposes, we regularly do appraisals for estate purposes, divorces, establishment of a sales price, and other purposes.

We have completed appraisals of every type of home: small, medium, large, historic, contemporary, log cabin, urban, suburban, rural, lakefront, large acreage, and even ones with recording studios and stables.

A licensed appraiser will provide you with the accurate square footage of your home in a drawing and calculation page. Interior room dimensions can be requested as well.

Construction Inspections

Have an appraiser visit your property throughout the construction process. Know the percentage completed and the percentage left to be complete. (The number of inspections needed is dependent on the size of the home being built.) residential construction inspections are also available.
